Returns & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by JBKeys are digital software licenses delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are limited once a product has been delivered.


2. Before Requesting a Refund

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team first.

Most problems can be resolved quickly with:

  • Activation assistance
  • Installation guidance
  • Correct usage instructions

We are committed to helping you get your software working.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product key is confirmed to be faulty or not working
  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team

4. Verification Process

To investigate any issue, you must provide:

  • A screenshot of the activation attempt
  • A screenshot of the error message received

Once submitted, we will review the case within 1–3 business days.


5. Important Conditions

  • Product keys are guaranteed until viewed by the customer
  • Once a key has been accessed or revealed, it is considered used
  • We cannot verify whether a key has been used without activating it

For this reason:

👉 No refunds or replacements can be issued for keys that have already been viewed or used, unless proven defective.


6. Redeemed or Used Keys

If a key has been:

  • Successfully activated
  • Used on a device
  • Or redeemed after delivery

It is considered consumed, and no refund or replacement will be provided.


7. Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported within 21 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


8. Expiry & Delayed Activation

Customers are advised to activate their software immediately after purchase.

We are not responsible for issues related to:

  • Expired keys
  • Delayed activation

9. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Unauthorized chargebacks

10. Final Decision

All refund and replacement decisions are made at our discretion based on the investigation results.
